Participants learn how to strengthen positioning and prove value – with structured guidance that helps them present the right wins, scope, and leadership story for their next role. We begin with onboarding and live group workshops that surface the story that matters most for their target roles, then participants update their resume and LinkedIn using our frameworks.

From there, we schedule live 1×1 critique sessions to provide direct feedback and edits against our gold standard, followed by a final wrap-up group session focused on job search strategy and execution – so they know exactly how to use their materials to create traction.

Our Process

A clear structure helps transitions run smoothly for leadership, HR, and participants – while still allowing flexibility based on your employees, timeline, and goals.

We begin with your leadership and HR team to understand your situation, the employee population impacted, the roles and levels involved, and the outcomes you want this outplacement experience to deliver. From there, we shape the right program model and scope, and align on how the program will be communicated so the rollout reflects your standards and intent.

Before the first live workshop, participants complete a brief intake to capture their current title, core responsibilities, job search goals, and current challenges. This allows us to tailor the first session to the real needs in the room and ensure every participant receives relevant, practical value from day one. We do not provide generic advice/guidance, every session is customized to each person receiving the services.

Participants strengthen their resume and LinkedIn profile through the program’s workshops and guided development. Once their initial updates are complete, we schedule 1×1 sessions to provide direct edits, personalized feedback, and clear direction so they can revise again with confidence and elevate their materials to our standard that produces results in their search.

The program concludes with a final live group workshop focused on job search strategy and execution. With strong materials in place, participants leave with a practical plan to create traction, expand beyond job boards, and move forward with clarity as they begin their search.

No, we do not offer a self-guided model where employees watch videos and figure it out on their own – because we consistently hear the advice/guidance is so generic, that the person using the service finds very little value/results from the service. Our programs include live workshops and hands-on support – because that is what employees actually use, and what drives meaningful results.

Resume and LinkedIn profile support are included across all levels – with many ways to customize the experience, so we can build an experience you want for your outplaced employees. The delivery method depends on whether you choose the Group + 1×1 Experience or the 1×1 White-Glove Partnership.

Absolutely! Many companies choose a mixed cohort approach – group experience for most participants, and 1×1 for executives, leaders, or high-visibility roles.

Yes, we can also provide structured interview preparation that helps your employees develop a narrative and positioning, address challenging questions, and walk into any interview with confidence. This can be delivered in a workshop format or 1×1, depending on the level of support you choose to provide.

We provide participation rates, milestone completion tracking, and participant feedback summaries so HR and leadership can see engagement and program value.

We do not track individual re-employment outcomes as a standard reporting metric because doing so requires ongoing, time-intensive follow-up and depends on voluntary participant reporting after the program concludes. If outcome tracking is important for your organization, we can discuss an optional, employer-sponsored follow-up survey process and reporting structure.

Separately, as part of our standard operating procedures, we check in with participants at 6 months and 1 year to support continued momentum. These check-ins are not structured as employer reporting.

We determine launch timing together based on your population and needs. Group sessions are scheduled first, then 1×1 sessions are typically scheduled over the following week (or longer, depending on cohort size). We allow time for participants to implement feedback, then schedule the wrap-up strategy session. The full cadence is flexible and tailored to your timeline.
